SHIPPING

Do you ship or deliver outside Nairobi?

Our customer base is wide and diverse, we always try our best to ship orders made all over the country via courier services at a fee or in cases of a huge shipments we deliver the products to your doorstep ourselves to avoid loss of goods or damages by 3rd party couriers.

How long does it take to deliver the goods?

Our shipping typically takes anywhere between an hour and 24 hours for orders within Nairobi or the greater Nairobi Metropolitan region, this i under the assumption the product is in stock. Incase of order outside the Nairobi Metropolis or an item that is not in stock, we usually deliver within a period of 3 to 5 working days.

How Long Will It Take To Get My Package?

It is possible that the Seller or our courier partners have a holiday between the day your placed your order and the date of delivery, which is based on the timelines shown on the product page. In this case, we add a day to the estimated date. Some courier partners and Sellers do not work on Sundays and this is factored in to the delivery dates.

We support a wide range of payments to allow flexibility for our customers, our main payment methods include LIPA NA MPESA, PESAPAL, CASH ON DELIVERY, VISA/MASTERCARD, BANK TRANSFERS & PAYPAL. Is Buying On-Line Safe?

How do I place an Order?

Placing an order is easy, just search or explore products on our site and once you find a product of your interest just add to cart, checkout by making a payment and we will follow up your order.

How Can I Cancel Or Change My Order?

Changing or cancelling an order can only be done before a product is shipped or within 2 hours of placing your order.

Do I need an account to place an order?

A user account is not mandatory to do a check out, however it is highly advised that you register with us so that you can save orders and provide shipping details only once.

How Do I Track My Order?

Order tracking is possible by clicking the 'Track order' button on top of page menus and you will be prompted to provide and order ID and the email you made the order from.

How Can I Return a Product?

Returns are easy. Contact Us to initiate a return. You will receive a call explaining the process, once you have initiated a return. Wherever possible Ekart Logistics will facilitate the pick-up of the item. You can return the item through a third-party courier service. Return fees are borne by us.
